The present invention relates to a complex water tank for breeding and preserving guppies, comprising a water tank body having an open top part, a bottom part with a predetermined area, and a water tank outer wall, wherein the water tank body is horizontally divided by a net compartment with a network of a predetermined size therein, to have a predetermined space from the bottom surface of the water tank body to allow breeding water to make vortexes, and has a breeding tank comprising a bottom unit of a predetermined area, which is detachable, in one side of the water tank body, and a water tank outer wall. Here, the bottom unit of the breeding tank is made up of a net compartment of a predetermined size. Fry, which are spawned from adult fish of guppies, can be safely protected by a water tank in which the breeding tank is installed, and breeding and preserving fish are possible in one water tank, thereby reducing the fry mortality rate caused by moving the fry to another water tank, and preventing shock due to change in water quality since water quality and temperature remains the same, to prevent stress caused by mixed breeding, and fry from being swept away due to currents, and from begin eaten by the adult fish.본 발명은 상부가 개구되고 일정면적을 갖는 바닥부와 수조외벽으로 이루어진 수조본체 상기 수조본체 내부에는 일정 크기의 망목을 갖는 구획망지가 수평으로 구획되어, 수조본체 바닥면과 일정한 공간을 가져 사육수가 와류를 만들 수 있도록 형성되어, 상기 수조본체 일측 상단에 탈부착이 가능한 일정면적의 바닥부와 수조외벽으로 이루어진 번식수조가 설치되며, 상기 번식수조 바닥부는 일정한 크기의 망지로 이루어진 구피의 번식축양용 복합수조이다. 상기 번식수조가 설치되어 있는 수조에 의해 구피성어로부터 산란된 자어를 안전하게 보호할 수 있으며, 하나의 수조에서 번식과 축양을 할 수 있어, 치어를 다른 수조로 옮김으로써 발생되는 폐사율을 줄일 수 있고, 수질 및 온도가 동일하여 수질변화에서 오는 쇼크 등을 막을 수 있어 혼합사육에 의한 스트레스 및 물살에 의한 휩쓸림, 성어에 의한 잡아먹히는 문제점 등을 방지하는 효과가 있다.
