The present invention generally relates to apparatus and methods for sterilizing medical devices with ozone, and in particular, the present invention relates to systems, methods and devices for disinfecting a continuous airway pressure (CPAP) device. The apparatus has an ozone compartment, an ozone operating system, and at least one ozone dispensing line for dispensing ozone to the continuous air positive pressure device.
