PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image processing device capable of specifying the biologically same position among a plurality of image data obtained at different timings even if the position of an object to be observed is changed by the body movement.SOLUTION: A medical image processing device includes an image data storage part, a structure specifying part, and an analysis part. The image data storage part stores a plurality of image data obtained by radiographing the inside of a subject every prescribed timing. The structure specifying part specifies a tubular structure within the subject and a core line of the tubular structure based on the image data.
