PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holder for diaper installation in which the operation of a caregiver is made more simple.SOLUTION: A holder for diaper installation is installed at a transfer machine including: an upper half body holding part that holds the upper half body of a user to hold the body of a user in which independence walking is difficult and a truck part for moving loading a user, and can be stored in the upper half body holding part.
