The reservoir may include a placebo reservoir, a medication reservoir, a diagnostic reservoir, and/or a modification reservoir. The payload may be made available based on a diagnosis, a detection of a target in a body, a level of the target in the body, and/or a context in which the carrier apparatus is deployed. The carrier apparatus may also include a wireless rechargeable battery to power a component of the carrier apparatus. The carrier apparatus may provide diagnostic and/or therapeutic functionality.
