PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a layered tablet in which disintegration delay of a layer containing antacid hardly occurs after storage and tableting troubles such as binding and capping are suppressed, thereby solving problems that in a conventional layered tablet that includes a layer containing propionic acid-based NSAIDs and a layer containing antacid, the layer containing antacid may cause disintegration delay after storage and that in tableting, binding of a layer containing antacid and capping of a layer containing propionic acid-based NSAIDs easily occur.SOLUTION: The layered tablet according to the invention includes: a layer (α) which contains (A) propionic acid-based non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agent or salt thereof and substantially does not contain (B) antacid and a layer (β) which substantially does not contain the (A) propionic acid-based non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agent or salt thereof and contains one or more kinds selected from the (B) antacid and (C) sugar and sugar alcohol, and (D) disintegrator.COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】従来のプロピオン酸系NSAIDsを含む層と制酸剤を含む層とを有する積層錠は、保存後に、制酸剤を含む層が崩壊遅延を起こすことがある。また、打錠時に、制酸剤を含む層のバインディングやプロピオン酸系NSAIDsを含む層のキャッピングが生じやすい。そこで、本発明は、保存後に制酸剤を含む層の崩壊遅延が生じにくく、また、バインディングやキャッピング等の打錠障害が抑えられた積層錠を目的とする。【解決手段】本発明の積層錠は、(A)プロピオン酸系非ステロイド系抗炎症剤又はその塩を含み、(B)制酸剤を実質的に含まない層(α)と、前記(A)プロピオン酸系非ステロイド系抗炎症剤又はその塩を実質的に含まず、前記(B)制酸剤、(C)糖及び糖アルコールから選ばれる1種以上、並びに(D)崩壊剤を含む層(β)とを有する。【選択図】なし
