PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a second agent for hair deformation that can maintain hair deformation effect for a long time when it is used after a first agent for hair deformation having excellent hair deformation effect and a pH of 7.0 or less, and a hair deforming agent containing the second agent for hair deformation and a hair deforming method.SOLUTION: A second agent for hair deformation is used after a first agent for hair deformation.
