The present invention relates to a bio-adhesive which can be effectively used to treat wound because having anti-inflammatory efficacy, as well as having low toxicity and strong adhesive force with an adherend, and to a producing method of the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a poly-glucosamine polymer having a repeat unit represented by chemical formula 1, a producing method of the same, and a bio-adhesive composition comprising the poly-glucosamine polymer and cyanoacrylate.
