The present invention relates to bioadhesives which can be effectively used for treatment of wounds with its less toxicity content, easily controlled binding force and flexibility with respect to adherence, and less likelihood of infection by an effect of inhibiting the growth of microorganisms or viruses； and a method for preparing the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a polygallic acid polymer having a gallamide branch as a repeating unit and represented by chemical formula 1； a method for preparing the same； and a bioadhesive composition containing the polygallic acid polymer and cyanoacrylate. In chemical formula 1, n is an integer ranging from 2 to 1,000, and m is an integer ranging from 1 to 7.본 발명은 독성이 낮고 피착제와의 결합력과 유연성을 용이하게 조절할 수 있으며, 미생물이나 바이러스의 생육을 억제하는 효능이 있어 감염의 우려가 낮으므로 상처 치료에 효과적으로 사용할 수 있는 생체접착제 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 갈로아미드 곁가지를 반복단위로 갖는 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 폴리갈산 중합체와 그 제조방법 및 상기 폴리갈산 중합체와 시아노아크릴레이트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생체접착제 조성물에 관한 것이다.
