PURPOSE: A hand massage apparatus is provided to selectively massage the fingers, palm, and back of a hand using air pressure. CONSTITUTION: A hand massage apparatus comprises liner(100), shell(200), a massage unit, an air pressure generation and recovery unit, an air hose(500), and a control unit. The liner is formed to cover fingers, palm, and back of a hand. The shell is formed outside the liner. The massage unit is installed between the liner and shell. The air pressure generation and recovery unit comprises an air pump and a control valve injects air into air pockets and discharges the air from the pockets. The air hose connects the air pockets to each other. The control unit controls the air pressure generation and recovery unit.공기압을 이용하여 손가락, 손바닥 및 손등의 경혈을 눌러 마사지할 수 있으며, 손을 찜질할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 광섬유를 통해 전달되는 저출력 레이저광을 조사하여 손의 세포조직을 활성화함으로써 피부 세포를 재생시킬 수 있도록 구성된 손 마사지장치가 개시된다.
