An objective of the present invention is to provide a massage chair providing a hand acupressure function which has a hand acupuncture type protrusion portion mounted on a lower end (a portion wherein a hand is placed) of an armrest of a massage chair to stimulate only a hand and fingers by a hand clasping the protrusion portion by a cylindrical or spherical vibration, rotation, or expansion among various functions of the massage chair. The massage chair having a hand acupressure function includes: a massage chair using external power to massage each part of a user&prime；s body； and a hand massage unit located at a hole formed on both lower ends of an armrest supporting an arm of the massage chair to stimulate a palm or fingers clasping the hand acupuncture type protrusion portion by at least one among cylindrical or spherical vibration, rotation, and expansion.본 발명은 안마의자의 다양한 기능 중 안마의자의 팔걸이의 하단(손이 위치하는 부분)에 장착되어 수지침 형태의 돌부를 갖는 원주형 또는 구형의 진동, 회전운동 또는 팽창운동 등을 통해, 손으로 쥐고 있는 것만으로 손 및 손가락을 돌부가 자극시키는 손 지압 기능을 제공하는 안마의자를 제공하기 위한 것으로서, 외부의 전력을 이용하여 사용자의 각 부위에 안마기능을 제공하는 안마의자와, 상기 안마의자의 팔을 지지하는 팔받침의 양측 하단에 형성된 홀(hole)에 위치하여 수지침 형태의 돌부를 갖는 원주형 또는 구형의 진동, 회전운동 및 팽창운동 중 적어도 하나를 통해 상기 돌부를 쥐고 있는 손바닥 및 손가락을 자극시키는 손 마사지부를 포함하여 구성되는데 있다.
