The objective of the invention is to integrate shape (scalar) information and flow (vector) information to obtain integrated information. A processing unit acquires shape (scalar) information and flow (vector) information relating to the same target from a storage unit or from another device (S101, S103), extracts a flow maximum speed candidate region or a shape centerline from the shape (scalar) information (S105), and extracts a maximum speed region or a flow centerline of flow in a pipe, from the flow (vector) information (S107). The processing unit aligns the extracted maximum speed candidate region or the shape centerline with the extracted maximum speed region or flow centerline, to obtain the relative positions of the shape (scalar) information and the flow (vector) information (S109), and integrates the shape (scalar) information and the flow (vector) information using the relative positions, to form integrated information which the processing unit stores in a storage unit and/or displays on a display unit (S111).
