The present invention relates to a mammography device for obtaining X-ray images and elasticity distribution information of breast. More particularly, the mammography device includes: a body； an X-ray generating unit mounted on the body； an X-ray extracting unit for acquiring X-ray images mounted on a position corresponding to the X-ray generating unit； and a breast pressing unit for pressing breasts of a patient by being mounted between the X-ray generating unit and X-ray extracting unit. Also, the present invention additionally includes a touch sensation sensor for collecting elasticity distribution information of breasts pressed by the breast pressing unit by being mounted on the breast pressing unit. According to the mammography device for X-ray images and elasticity distribution information of breast provided by the present invention, the present invention is capable of acquiring X-ray images for diagnosing a breast cancer through the X-ray generating unit and X-ray extracting unit and is capable of elasticity distribution information of breast by using the touch sensation sensor. By this, the present invention can easily obtain the information about elasticity information of breast tissues and the size and depth of lesion, thereby more accurately diagnosing a breast cancer.본 발명은 유방의 탄성도 분포 정보 및 엑스선 영상의 획득을 위한 유방촬영용 영상진단기기에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로는 본체, 상기 본체에 장착되는 엑스선 발생부, 상기 엑스선 발생부에 대응되는 위치에 구비되어 엑스선 영상을 획득하는 엑스선 검출부, 및 상기 엑스선 발생부 및 엑스선 검출부의 사이에 구비되어 환자의 유방을 압착하는 유방 압착부를 포함하는 유방촬영용 영상진단기기로서, 상기 유방 압착부에 구비되며 상기 유방 압착부에 의해 압착된 유방의 탄성도 분포 정보를 수집하는 촉각 센서를 포함하는 것을 그 구성상의 특징으로 한다.본 발명에서 제안하고 있는 유방의 탄성도 분포 정보 및 엑스선 영상의 획득을 위한 유방촬영용 영상진단기기에 따르면, 엑스선 발생부 및 엑스선 검출부를 포함함으로써 유방암 진단을 위한 엑스선 영상을 획득하고, 촉각 센서를 포함함으로써 유방의 탄성도 분포 정보를 획득할 수 있으며, 이를 통해 유방 조직의 탄성 정보와 병변의 깊이나 크기 등의 정보를 쉽게 파악하고, 더욱 정확하게 유방암 진단을 할 수 있다.
