A modular system for placement in a patient is disclosed. In one exemplary embodiment, a first tubular body portion and a second tubular body portion are provided. The second tubular body portion may be located at least partially distally of the first body portion. A distal end of the first tubular body portion may comprise a first taper, and a proximal end of the second tubular body portion may comprise a second taper. The first and second taper may form a working space in a deployed state.
