[Problem] To provide an image processing device for obtaining a high-quality image.[Solution] The image processing device comprises: a pixel value acquiring means (121) for acquiring the pixel value of a new pixel by using the pixel values of a plurality of original pixels of a first image around a position where the new pixel is disposed, the new pixel being obtained by increasing the resolution of the first image a representative value acquiring means (122) for acquiring a representative value of the pixel values of a plurality of new pixels disposed in each region where each original pixel is disposed a correction value acquiring means (123) for acquiring a correction value from the pixel value of each original pixel and the representative value obtained in the region where each original pixel is disposed and a pixel value correction means (124) for correcting the pixel value of each original pixel by using the correction value.
