The present invention relates to a positioning system for needle removal capable of preventing medical accidents caused by not-fully removing needles during acupuncture, because the system of the present invention check the location of needle used in treatment and whether the needles are removed or not after acupuncture treatment. The positioning system for needle removal of the present invention comprises a sensing unit sensing the position of needle and an alarm unit outputting and providing the sensed needle and the location information of the needle to the outside.본 발명은 침이 시술된 다음 발침을 위해 시술된 침의 위치 및 제거 여부를 확인 할 수 있도록 하여 한의학의 침술도중 발침이 완전히 되지 않아 발생되는 의료사고를 막을 수 있는 발침을 위한 위치추적 시스템을 제공하기 위한 것으로서, 침 및 침의 위치를 감지하는 감지부와, 상기 감지된 침 및 침의 위치 정보를 외부로 출력하여 제공하는 알림부를 포함하여 구성되는데 있다.
