Ferner enthalten die Desinfektionsmittel weniger als 0,1 Gew.-% Glycerin und sind damit besonders zur Verwendung für die chirurgische und für die hygienische Händedesinfektion wirksam.The invention relates to alcoholic disinfectants which comprise a) at least 78% by weight of ethanol, based on the weight of the disinfectant, and b) one or more fatty acid esters of monohydric C 1 - to C 6 -alkyl alcohol. The disinfectants contain less than 5.0% by weight of perfume. Furthermore, the disinfectants contain less than 0.1% by weight of glycerol and are thus particularly effective for use in surgical and hygienic hand disinfection.
