PURPOSE: A producing method of natural tablets using a Perilla frutescens extract is provided to use bean curd dregs as an excipient instead of lactose for improving the storage property. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of natural tablets using a Perilla frutescens extract comprises the following steps: washing various fresh ingredients, and removing the moisture； finely cutting the fresh ingredients； inserting the cut fresh ingredients and the Perilla frutescens extract into a container, and sealing the container； pouring water into a bigger container, and inserting the container with the ingredients into the bigger container； boiling the container for 10-15 hours in the medium heat, and maintaining the temperature of the container at 60-70 deg C: discharging the contents from sealed container, and separating solid parts and the sap from the contents； evaporating the sap for concentrating, and mixing the concentrate with bean curd dreg powder, yacon, and Helianthus tuberosus； and drying the mixture, and crushing before producing the tablets.본 발명은 천연물 타블렛의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 천연물 타블렛 제조 시 증상에 맞는 생재료가 지닌 성분들이 물에 희석되지 않고 또한 열에도 파괴되지 않도록 하기 위하여 건재가 아닌 생재를 중탕하며, 천연 방부제로서 차조기 추출물을 사용하고, 부형제로서 종래 유당이 아닌 콩비지를 사용하며, 천연 감미제로서 야콘, 천연 결합제로서 돼지감자를 사용함으로써 휴대하기 쉽고 보존기간을 늘릴 수 있는 천연물 타블렛을 제조할 수 있다. 이렇게 제조된 천연물 타블렛은 화학재료 및 기타 당류를 사용하지 않고 천연 재료만을 원료로 사용함으로써 순수 건강식 식품으로서 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
