The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a coating film formed by electrostatic spraying on the skin with good appearance, excellent scratch resistance and stretch resistance.The present invention is a method for manufacturing a film on the skin, which is characterized in that, in the following order or the reverse order, it has:A) The step of electrostatically spraying the composition X containing component (a) and component (b) directly onto the skin to form a film on the skin surface; andB) The step of applying composition Y containing component (c) and component (d) to the skin;(a) One or more volatile substances selected from water, alcohol and ketone;(b) Polymers with film forming ability;(c) The water-soluble polymer is 0.3% by mass or more and 10% by mass or less;(d) Water is 40% by mass or more and 95% by mass or less.本發明係提供藉靜電噴塗於皮膚上形成之覆膜的外觀良好、耐擦過性及耐伸張性優越之覆膜之製造方法。本發明為一種於皮膚上之覆膜之製造方法,其特徵為,依下述順序或相反順序,其具有:A)將含有成分(a)及成分(b)之組成物X直接靜電噴塗至皮膚而於皮膚表面形成覆膜的步驟;與B)將含有成分(c)及成分(d)之組成物Y應用至皮膚的步驟;(a)選自水、醇及酮之1種或2種以上之揮發性物質;(b)具有覆膜形成能力之聚合物;(c)水溶性聚合物0.3質量%以上且10質量%以下;(d)水40質量%以上且95質量%以下。
