PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pillow capable of allowing a user to keep an appropriate posture during sleeping.SOLUTION: A pillow 10 includes: a bag shape member 11 and a cushion material filling the bag shape member 11, and has a nearly L shape in a plane view. The bag shape member 11 includes: a center part 12 a longitudinal part 13 projecting in a longitudinal direction from the center part 12 and a lateral part 14 projecting in a lateral direction nearly orthogonal to the longitudinal direction from the center part 12. A cotton shape resin base material is used as the cushion material and the whole or a part of the material is constituted as granular cotton.
