The present invention relates to an improved method for producing fermented soybean meal which performs fermentation process and drying process separately in the production of the fermented soybean meal. The method for preparing fermented soybean meal of the present invention enables to prevent contamination by various germs while shortening the time required for its preparation compared to the conventional method. Therefore, the method of the present invention can be widely used to more economically prepare the fermented soybean meal.本發明係關於一種生產發酵豆粉之改良方法,該方法在發酵豆粉之生產中單獨地進行發酵製程及乾燥製程。本發明之用於製備發酵豆粉之方法能夠防止受各種菌的污染,同時相較於習知方法能夠縮短該發酵豆粉製備所需的時間。因此,本發明之方法可廣泛用於更經濟地製備發酵豆粉。
