PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic endoscope in which a leakage current leaked from a treatment instrument such as a high frequency treatment instrument to a treatment instrument stand, etc. can be properly discharged to the ground.SOLUTION: A stand 60 and its drive mechanism disposed at a tip 34 of an ultrasound endoscope are integrally assembled as a stand assembly by a conductive component, and are accommodated and held in a housing part formed by an insulating distal end body. An angle ring (tip ring) 250 at the extreme tip of a bend 32 is fitted into an outer peripheral part in the base end side of the distal end body, and the tip ring 250 and the stand assembly are connected by a conductive screw 270 inserted into a through-hole 220.
