CONSTITUTION: A method of feeding castrated bos taurus coreanae comprises a step of preparing base cattle weaning at 7 days old, feeding a milk replacer until two months old, and selecting castrated calves between 2-3 months old； a step of mixing Graminease roughage and Leguminosae roughage at the ratio of 7:3 and unlimitedly feeding the supplementary fodder to the selected calves until 6 months old； a step of feeding rearing TMR feeding at 2.2-3.1 weight% per weight of a castrated bos Taurus coreanae until 4 months old while unlimitedly feeding Timothy roughage； a step of non-rearing TMR feeding at 1.3-2.1 weight% per weight of castrated bos Taurus coreanae； and a step of feeding finishing TMR supplying finishing TMR until 36 months years old, and further supplying at least one selected from the group consisting of flaxseed, Perilla frutescens and perilla oil-cake. In the step of feeding finishing TMR, the feeding amount of at least one selected from the group consisting of flaxseed, perilla frutescens and perilla oil-case is 300-800g/day per a castrated cow. In the step of preparing base cattle, the milk replacer is controlled fed for 4 liter per a calf per day, and young calf fodder is fed unlimitedly in addition. The Gramineae roughage is at least one selected from the group consisting of Italian rye grass, rye, oat, timothy, orchard and lupines.
