PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-like water-in-oil type emulsified cosmetic that has sufficient hardness, exhibits fresh and transparent feelings, is finished rapidly and has a good feeling of use without a squeaking feeling.
SOLUTION: The solid-like water-in-oil type emulsified cosmetic comprises (a) a silicone oil, (b) 2.0-4.0 mass% of wax containing purified rice wax having an iodine value and an acid value of at most 3.0 each, and (c) a polyoxyalkylene-modified organopolysiloxane, where the amount of the purified rice wax in the wax is at least 30 mass%.
