The present invention relates to a composite formulation comprising: a core including a first medical component； a film coating layer formed on the surface of the core and containing rosuvastatin or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof as a second medical component, and a polyvinyl alcohol-polyethylene glycol graft copolymer and a polyvinyl alcohol as a coating material. The composite formulation of the present invention has excellent tensile force and liquidity of the film coating layer, so damage and failure rate is low. Accordingly, a complex containing rosuvastatin or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof which is effective in alleviating and treating hyperlipidemia symptoms can be provided in excellent efficiency, and drug compliance of a patient can be increased because of the formulation.본 발명은 제 1 약리 성분을 포함하는 코어； 및 상기 코어의 표면에 형성되고, 제 2 약리 성분으로서 로수바스타틴 또는 이의 약학적으로 허용되는 염 및 코팅 기재로서 폴리비닐알코올-폴리에틸렌글리콜 그라프트 공중합체 및 폴리비닐알코올을 함유하는 필름 코팅층을 포함하는 복합 제형에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 복합 제형은 상기 필름 코팅층의 인장력 및 유동성이 뛰어나 파손 및 불량률이 낮다. 따라서, 고지혈증 증상의 완화 및 치료에 효과가 있는 로수바스타틴 또는 이의 약학적으로 허용되는 염을 함유하는 복합제를 우수한 효율로 제공할 수 있으며, 복합 제형이기 때문에 환자의 복약순응도를 높일 수 있다.
