The present invention relates to a tobacco leaf extract containing at least 5% by weight, based on the total weight of the extract, of proteins and essentially free of molecules of molecular weight less than 10 kDa. The present invention also relates to a pharmaceutical composition containing such an extract and its use in the treatment of tobacco addiction.La présente invention concerne un extrait de feuilles de tabac contenant au moins 5% en poids, par rapport au poids total de l'extrait, de protéines et essentiellement exempt de molécules de masse moléculaire inférieure à 10 kDa.
