PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve discharge efficiency and to improve the efficiency of micronizing steam by being able to prevent the disturbance of electric field distribution due to dew condensation in a simple structure of arranging a water absorbent closely to a discharge needle.SOLUTION: The beauty appliance is provided with a steam generating mechanism 10 for micronizing the steam generated by heating water supplied from a water supply route 24 by a discharge part 74 and jetting it from a steam nozzle 1.
