PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling transplanter which facilitates take-in and take-out of a seedling box to a seedling box mount member and which allows the seedling box to be taken out from a machine body outside.SOLUTION: A seedling transplanter is configured so that, a plurality of preliminary seedling mount members on which seedling boxes or seedlings are mounted, and a plurality of movement link members for rotatably connecting the plurality of preliminary seedling mount members are attached to a support machine frame provided on a travel vehicle body, and the seedling transplanter comprises a preliminary seedling frame which can be switched between a development state in which the plurality of preliminary seedling mount members are arranged in a cross direction and a laminate state in which the plurality of preliminary seedling mount members are arranged in a vertical direction by rotation of the plurality of movement link members.
