PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sugarcane-stalk-weight-related marker among the quantitative traits thereof.SOLUTION: The sugarcane-stalk-weight-related marker includes consecutive nucleic acid regions selected from regions sandwiched by specific two base sequences in sugarcane chromosome.
