The co-solvent system is a mixture of hexylene glycol, propylene glycol, diethylene glycol monoethyl ether and water. If desired, a pharmaceutical form having a pH value in the range of 4 to 6 can be achieved by the addition of a pH adjusting agent. The composition has excellent storage stability, which is suitable for topical application to different organs of the body.
