PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical solution discharge tool which can reduce the time lag between an administration operation of a medical solution and an outflow of the medical solution, and timely administer the medical solution to a targeted site in a favorable manner.SOLUTION: A medical solution discharge tool 1 includes a syringe and a gasket pressing tool 3. The gasket pressing tool comprises a gasket pressing member 8 advancible into a gasket 7 inside the syringe. The gasket 7 has an original shape luminal portion axial length, and a gasket mounting portion of the gasket pressing member has an axial length longer than the original shape luminal portion axial length.
