The present invention relates to a dental implant. The dental implant includes a fixture, an abutment, and a coupling cap. The fixture integrally includes a shaft-shaped screw body implanted into an alveolar bone to be fused with the bone and a support protruding from an upper end of the screw body. The abutment integrally includes a coupling rod engaged with an upper portion of the support, and a supplement erected so that a prosthetic appliance is mounted on an upper end of the coupling rod. An outer surface of the coupling cap is coupled between the fixture and the abutment to couple the fixture to the abutment. According to the present invention, a cap is configured in such a manner that a screw is coupled from an outer portion of the cap to mutually fixedly couple the fixture to the abutment.
