PURPOSE: A movable low temperature warehouse is provided to reduce the weight of a low temperature warehouse, to reduce a production cost, and to improve movability by using very thin urethane freezing panels. CONSTITUTION: A movable low temperature warehouse is manufactured by assembling a floor(A2), a wall(A3), and a roof with urethane freezing panels on top of a base frame(A1). An insertion hole for movement by a forklift truck(10) which penetrates the base frame from the front side to the backside is formed. The floor is assembled using urethane freezing panels of 100mm thickness. Then, a sticky urethane compressed sheet(20) of 20mm is spread above and next, a prefabricated palette(21) of 30mm thickness is spread on the top. The wall and the roof are assembled using urethane freezing panels of 75mm thickness and has a urethane foam layer(30) formed by spreading urethane form solution at a thickness of 75mm in the inside. The internal surface of the urethane foam layer of the wall is finished by putting a bumpy metal finishing plate(31).본 발명은 현저히 얇은 두께의 판넬을 사용하여 원가절감과 무게감량이 대폭향상하고, 판넬 간의 결합부 틈새를 완전히 막아 해충의 유입 및 냉기유실이 없애 농작물의 보호는 물론 냉방비를 현저히 절약하고, 판넬 간의 결착력을 높여 구조적 견고성을 향상함은 물론 외부환경에 장기간 견딜 수 있게 하고, 내/외부로 냉각배관 및 전기배선을 노출하지 않아 쥐 또는 새로부터 훼손방지는 물론 농작물 적재에 거추장스럽지 않은 등, 깔끔한 내/외부를 갖고, 지게차로의 이동이 용이한 이동식 저온창고를 제공하고자 한다.본 발명에서 제안하는 이동식 저온창고는, 통상의 방식으로 베이스프레임의 상부에 우레탄냉동판넬로 바닥, 벽체, 지붕을 조립하여서 이동식 저온창고를 구축하되, 상기 베이스프레임의 전방에서 후방으로 관통되는 지게차 이동용 삽입공을 형성하고, 내부의 바닥은 접착식 우레탄압축시트를 깐 다음 그 상면에 조립식 팔레트를 깔고, 내부의 벽체 및 지붕에는 우레탄발포액을 발포기구로 도포하여서 우레탄발포층을 형성하되, 벽체에는 금속재 요철형 마감판를 덧대어 마감한 것을 특징으로 한다.
