PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide plant extract liquid formed by extracting active ingredients in loquat leaves to the maximum and a method for producing the liquid, a medicated cosmetic or a product containing the plant extract liquid, or application as a healthcare product and/or a medicine.SOLUTION: A plant extract of the present invention is liquid obtained by immersing a raw material containing washed and dried loquat leaves and/or amygdalin component into liquor, keeping them immersed at least for 2 months or more under normal temperature, hermetic sealed and shading condition, and removing the loquat leaves. The plant extract is directly used as a medicated cosmetic. No water-containing matter other than liquor is mixed into the production process. The plant extract and the medicated cosmetic according to the present invention are purely natural, non-heat-resistant component and volatile component are not broken in the raw material containing loquat leaves and/or amygdalin component under the condition of normal temperature, and active ingredients in the raw material can be extracted to the maximum by long-term immersion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT【課題】ビワ葉における有効成分を最大限抽出してなる植物抽出液とその製造方法、当該植物抽出液を含む薬用化粧品、製品、また、ヘルスケア製品および／または薬品としての用途を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の植物抽出物は、洗浄且つ乾燥されたビワ葉および／またはアミグダリン成分を含有する原料を酒に浸漬し、常温、密封、遮光の条件で少なくとも２ヶ月以上浸漬してビワ葉を除去して得た液体である。前記植物抽出物はそのまま薬用化粧品として使われる。上記製造工程において酒以外の水含有物を混入しない。本発明に係る植物抽出物、薬用化粧品は純天然であり、常温条件でビワ葉および／またはアミグダリン成分を含有する原料に非耐熱性成分および揮発性成分を破壊せず、長期浸漬により最大限原料における有効成分を抽出できる。【選択図】図１
