PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical tomographic imaging device constituted so as to more simply expand the width of a region capable of measuring the lateral direction crossing the longitudinal axis of an optical probe at a right angle than a case performing measurement by the optical probe alone in a case performing measurement for forming the optical tomographic image of a lumen region larger than the colon, the stomach, the gullet or the like in lumen diameter.SOLUTION: The optical tomographic imaging device includes a back mirror 720 for reflecting the measuring light, which is emitted by the OCT probe 600 led out of the tip 144 of an insertion part to irradiate a measuring target S. In a case that radial scanning is performed by rotating the optical lens 628 of the OCT probe 600, the measuring light L1 emitted from the OCT probe 600 in a part of the angle-of-rotation range thereof is reflected by the back mirror 720 to irradiate the measuring target S. By this constitution, in case that the lumen region larger in lumen diameter is set as the measuring target S, scanning width can be made wider than the scanning width capable of effectively acquiring optical structure data (tomographic data) by the OCT probe 600 alone by radial scanning.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】大腸、胃、食道等の管径の大きい管腔部位の光断層画像を生成するための測定を行う場合において、光プローブの長手軸に対して直交する横方向の測定可能な領域幅を光プローブ単体で測定を行う場合よりも簡易に拡大することができるようにした光断層画像化装置を提供する。【解決手段】挿入部先端144から導出されたOCTプローブ600により出射された測定光を反射させて測定対象Sに照射する裏面鏡720を備える。OCTプローブ600の光学レンズ628を回転させてラジアル走査を行った場合に、その回転角度範囲の一部においてOCTプローブ600から出射された測定光L1が裏面鏡720により反射されて測定対象Sに照射される。これによって管径の大きい管腔部位を測定対象Sとした場合に、ラジアル走査によってOCTプローブ600単体で有効に光構造情報(断層情報)を取得することができる走査幅よりも広くすることができる。【選択図】図6
