Disclosed is a fibrinogen preparation which has improved solubility, can beprepared within a short time, and can be used rapidly in clinical practice. Alsodisclosed is a tissue adhesive agent comprising the preparation. Specificallydisclosed is a solid fibrinogen preparation mainly comprising fibrinogen,and further containing albumin, an nonionic surfactant, a basic amino acid ora salt thereof, and at least two amino acids or salts thereof selected from an acidicamino acid or a salt thereof and a neutral amino acid or a salt thereof. The solidfibrinogen preparation may be immobilized onto a medical substrate to producea fibrinogen-immobilized substrate. The fibrinogen-immobilized substratemay be used in combination with a component mainly composed of thrombin to producea fibrin adhesive agent.
