PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a superior comprehensive active nutrient for plants and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: Rice bran 2 is mixed with water 3, at least one kind among crushed or ground crustacea, crushed or ground dried-crustacea 4 or the extractive of crustacea and with an enzyme 5. When the rice bran 2 is 100 wt%, water 3 is 1-60 wt%, at least one or more kinds among the crustacea, the crushed or ground dried-crustacea 4 or the extractive of the crustacea is 0.001-10 wt% and the enzyme is 0.0001-0.1 wt%. The rice bran 2 and the like are sealed in a vessel 1, aged in an inert state and fermented. A protein, fat, calcium and the comprehensive active nutrient for plants being rich in various kinds of amino acids are buried around the roots of plants and then they can supply favorable nutrients for plants.
