PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound and a pharmaceutical composition capable of modifying, e.g., improving the pharmacokinetics of a simultaneously administrated medicine, and a method for modifying, e.g., improving the pharmacokinetics of the medicine by the simultaneous administration of the compound together with the medicine.SOLUTION: Provided are a compound in a formula IV or its pharmaceutically allowable salt, solvate and/or ester, a composition containing the compound, and a treatment method involving the administration of the compound. Also provided is administration of the compound together with at least one additional treatment medicine.
