This invention provides a nursing assistive device. The nursing assistive device is a soft material and includes a base layer and a main body part on the base layer. The base layer is a rectangular structure and the main body part is located at the center of the base layer, and a number of symmetric fastening straps are provided at the two sides of the main body part. The base layer has two sides that are equipped with several handles and a lower end that is equipped with lower limbs fastening structure.
