A portable apparatus for local integrated electromagnetic irradiation comprises a device for generating a light field with a combinable wavelength, an array of individual light sources with different wavelengths, a controllable magnetic field source including at least one coil and a core made of a ferromagnetic material and a device for controlling and combining the light and magnetic fields.
