PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiographic apparatus and a method of controlling the radiographic apparatus.SOLUTION: A radiographic apparatus comprises: a radiation irradiation module which irradiates a subject with a radiation； and a processing module which automatically sets a partial region of a region to which the radiation irradiation module can emit the radiation as a region of interest and determines at least one of the radiation irradiation position and the radiation irradiation range of the radiation irradiation module on the basis of the set region of interest.
