The invention relates to a hip prosthesis (12), including: a first anchoring portion (14) capable of being anchored in the femoral neck (6) and including a tube (18) capable of extending into the femoral neck (6) along an axis (A-A)； a spherical prosthesis head (17) for replacing the femur head (4)； and a connection portion (16) for connecting the prosthesis head (17) to the anchoring portion (14).
