PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer device for sheet capable of certainly performing transferring of a piece of the sheet to the other retaining member.
SOLUTION: In the transfer device 1 for the sheet, the piece 21 of the sheet with elasticity retained on a retaining surface 41a of a retaining head 41 in the stretched state is transferred onto the other member 52 or the like while maintaining the stretched state. A pair of engagement parts 41b for engaging front and rear end parts along a stretching direction of the piece 21 of the sheet is provided on the retaining surface 41a of the retaining head 41, and suction holes 41c, 41d for sucking/retaining the piece 21 of the sheet are provided on the retaining surface 41a.
