PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stirring apparatus efficiently stirring content in setting a fresh egg with shell, as a stirring object, without requiring a troublesome work of making the center of gravity coincide with the axis of a rotary shaft.SOLUTION: This stirring apparatus has a drive source generating a rotary driving force a holder rotated by receiving the rotary driving force from the drive source in a state of holding the stirring object and a base for attaching the drive source. The fresh egg with shell, the stirring object, is held in the holder with its long axis set roughly orthogonal to the rotary shaft. The drive source is mounted to the base via first and second cushion members.
