Provided herein is a BCMA targeting trispecific protein comprising a domain that binds CD3, a half-life extending domain, and a domain that binds B cell maturation material (BCMA). In addition to its pharmaceutical composition, nucleic acids, recombinant expression vectors and host cells for producing such BCMA targeting trispecific proteins are also provided.
