PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biometric tool and an aid set that make it possible to accurately measure a distance between a first region in a living body and a second region physically apart from the first region.SOLUTION: A biometric tool 100 for measuring a distance between a first region in a living body and a second region physically apart from the first region includes: an end contact part 10 that is capable of being brought in contact with the first region and is provided at the biometric tool 100s one end in the longer direction a first insertion port 20 that is provided at the end contact part 10, and through which an artificial thread sewn on the first region is to be inserted an extraction part (second insertion port 30) that is provided at the other end 112 in the longer direction opposite to the end contact part 10 or at an intermediate part as an intermediate area between the end contact part 10 and the other end 112, and through which an artificial thread inserted into the first insertion port 20 is to be extracted in a direction toward the outside of the biometric tool 100 and a measurement part 40 that is provided at the intermediate part and is used for measuring the distance between the first region and the second region.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
