A device (10) for simulating the dispensing of a medication into the nasal passage, the device includes a device body (12), the device body defining an extending portion (14) for inserting into the nasal passage of a user. An activation mechanism (16) movable from a start position to a dispensed position can be returned to the start position by manipulation of part of the device.
