The present invention relates to a breast massaging device which can be easily managed and kept clean. The breast massaging device emits LED beams, low frequency beams, and vibrations to massage the breast and shape the breast. The breast massaging device can prevent the contamination of the massaging device which is difficult to clean, thereby enabling sanitary management and use thereof by installing a sterilizing UV emission unit on a mounting unit of a charger for charging the massaging device.
