PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light source device which is an LED light source device emitting ultraviolet rays, and uses a diffusion part subjected to a treatment for diffusing ultraviolet rays to a light source side for a bug to perceive the light source as a sufficiently bright light source.SOLUTION: The light source device using an LED element for the light source discharges ultraviolet rays through the diffusion part subjected to a diffusion treatment for ultraviolet rays emitted from the LED element. The light source device includes a light source part mounted with a single LED element or a plurality of LED elements of different wavelengths in combination, a control part for controlling the output of the LED elements of the light source part independently, and a power supply part for supplying power to the light source part and the control part. The LED elements include an LED element emitting at least one or more ultraviolet rays. The LED element that emits ultraviolet rays has wavelength characteristics of a wavelength of 320-420 nm or less.
