A method includes inserting into a patient organ acatheter including a position sensor, a device and ahandle. The position sensor is attached to a distal endof the catheter. The device is movable along thecatheter. The handle includes a control for navigatingthe device along the catheter to a target location in thepatient organ. Based on a location of the positionsensor, a target position of the control on the handlethat corresponds to the target location of the device isestimated. A marker is set to mark the target position ofthe control on the handle, and the device is navigated tothe target location by setting the control to the marker.
